Reopen the container workspace after required setup finishes, then resume deferred lifecycle commands in a managed Dev Containers CLI process so a persistent postStartCommand can keep running. Continue streaming its logs and report deferred failures while releasing the startup guard; stop/remove and process exit clean up the continuation.
Preserve explicit waitFor settings and cover persistent commands, repeated reopening, container file access, terminal execution, and lifecycle output.
