The RunsOn controller reported valid catalog entries as missing before checkout. Replacing the existing controller process restored resolution with the unchanged catalog and provider version; the cross-build and Fuzz jobs then passed runner setup.
Restore the CT planning and cross-build jobs to
runner=planandrunner=cross-buildso.github/runs-on.ymlowns their hardware settings again. Runner shapes and all validation gates remain unchanged.Validation:
roc lint .github/runs-on.yml,actionlint, and the mandatoryjust check-macoscommit hook passed. CI and Fuzz qualification will run against this commit. The controller restart corrected the observed outage; the exact internal stale-state mechanism remains unconfirmed.
