gnustep-base (1.29.0-8deepin1) unstable; urgency=medium
- Restore the deepin patches removed by the version update
(nscalendar-era-locale.patch, nstimezone-guess-tzdir.patch,
nscalendardate-test02-cet.patch) and the LC_ALL=en_US.UTF-8 in
override_dh_auto_test. Without them the NSCalendar, NSCalendarDate and
NSTimeZone tests fail and the package FTBFS, which is why this PR was
converted into a version update in the first place.
