docs(readme): show the one-minute tour as a GIF - #21

The README opens with the tour recorded for libredb.org/platform: an admin grants an analyst read-only access to a database, the analyst sees only that database in Studio, a write is refused, access is revoked, and every query appears in the audit log. It is a GIF in docs/assets, 1440x810 at 10 fps and 5.0 MB, so it plays on GitHub without sending the reader to YouTube; the caption cards in the frames carry the narration. Two lines under it state the free license of 1 admin and 3 users for 12 months, that more seats are paid, and where to ask for one.

docs/assets/platform-tour.gif: 1440x810, 10 fps, 58.7 s, 5.0 MB. The caption cards in the frames carry the narration.Locally: checked the GIF's frames for legible text and no secrets. No code changed, so no suite ran.
