Fixes two defects in the in-tree
hr_recruitment_skillsremap on top of the merged script:UPDATE ... FROMwith a 1:Ncandidate_idjoin lets Postgres pick onearbitrary application per candidate; skills now land on every application
(deterministic, keyed on the pristine legacy candidate-id column).
applicant_idafter theFK lift — dangling values that can collide with real applicant ids and were
copied into
hr_applicant_hr_skill_rel. Those rows are dropped.No-op when the legacy candidate-id column is absent (v17-origin databases).
