Updated links in solutions.rst to point to GitHub repository instead of relative paths. Closes #109
This fixes the broken links in the file, solutions.rst.
I checked the links, and they all now work. Hope this goes smoothly... it's the first time I've ever submitted a pull request, and also the first time I've ever edited a file on GitHub.
