Overview
Release 0.111.0 bumps package and SDK version metadata (package.json, src/version.ts, release manifest) and records the change in CHANGELOG.md.

The substantive API change is in browser telemetry proxy_error events: the code union gains origin_response_incomplete, restricted_route_unavailable, and unknown. Docs now state that unrecognized X-Kernel-Proxy-Error header values are surfaced as unknown instead of being dropped. A new optional raw_code field carries a sanitized header value when code is unknown.
