What

render.txt accepts lib v2.9.0 (katoptra/lib#29). v2 moved at 01:18:47 UTC on 2026-10-22, so the render of the pipeline changed:

• PAGE_FORMAT 3 in the stamp: the next run makes every page again, once.
• The fold regex is G, matched with tolower(). It adds .md5 .md5sum .sha1 .sha224 .sha256sum .sha .sum .checksums .gpg .dsig .proof.
• The new index-same verb runs only when the stamp does not agree. It lists the bucket once and sends only the pages whose bytes changed.
• The start-of-run rm -f list includes index-same.txt.

The diff is 15 lines added and 4 changed, the same as lib's example. No setting of this mirror changes. Workflow pins stay at v2.8.0, because the workflows and the toolbox action did not change.

Test plan

• task --download render-update against the fresh v2 (the raw URL serves index-same:)
• check green on this PR
• First run on v2.9.0: the run summary shows "redrawn and not sent" for most directories, and smoke is green
