Adds the standard pkg.go.dev badge to the README badge row, linking to https://pkg.go.dev/github.com/karnstack/flue.
The module was indexed on pkg.go.dev yesterday as part of the awesome-go submission, so the link and the badge SVG both resolve now (verified with curl, both return 200). This also ticks one of the unchecked awesome-go template items ("repo documentation has a pkg.go.dev link") and feeds the homebrew-core credibility story tracked in #123.
