- Fix the Playwright screenshot workflow so both jobs can run on push with the required write permissions, pin kind to a tested version, and avoid a missing API key from failing cluster captures.
- Update the kagent-kind provisioner to create missing CA/JWT pools idempotently and add the required egress CA pool for Agent Substrate 0.2.x.
- Refresh the Substrate screenshots and documentation to match the published 1.0.0-alpha2 UI and clarify the capture process in the docs and workflow notes.

Remove the permissive || true from sync-docs in the Playwright CI so genuine missing baselines fail the workflow; expand comments explaining OPENAI_API_KEY placeholder and why the guard was incorrect. Update launch-ui docs to add a Scope tile and clarify the meaning of an empty Actors table and the API reachability messages. Update the Playwright README capture entry for kagent-ui-chat to include a re-verified date.
