Issue description
Submitting an AI review posts comments from the reviewer's GitHub account.
Each comment always started with a heading like
[Suggestion] Example title, then the comment body. That heading is extra for some users, and there was no way to turn it off.
Changes
Add a setting to give more control over what is posted on the reviewer's behalf. The heading can be turned off so only the comment text is posted.
