Record winget PRs #432942/#432943 and document Chocolatey push 403 for API key rotation.
HAProxy 3.2 rejects QUIC backends; treat those cells as Not possible, harden SupportsQuic against OPENSSL_COMPAT, paste Win nginx H3 and unary gRPC rows, and reorder heavier practical charts H1→H2→H3.
Linux and Windows charts were repeating a combined (macOS 14 GiB) note.
Extend compare-grpc with H2→h2c arms, add compare-ws-h1tls / compare-ws-h2 (RFC 8441), wiki table stubs, and paste helper; rename arch WS to H1 Upgrade.
Swap the tall H2 terminate cluster left of the short 256 KB group, and render both chart families at the same width.
Fill Envoy/HAProxy H3 inbound cells from targeted GHA, publish Win/Linux gRPC h2c and WebSocket dual-TLS / RFC 8441 tables, and fix paste CSV parsing.

Collapse peer sustain/peak columns so bold RPS is sustain and peak only appears in subtext when higher, and keep paste/chart helpers aligned.
Rewrite MITM 403/429 document navigations to a meta-refresh before capture locks the H2 response, force interception when learning is on, and close the client with a FIN so the browser can retry on an opaque CONNECT. Library learning stays off by default; Inspector stays on.
Hold Chocolatey publish until earlier packages clear moderation.
Restores single-origin-connection cold tunnels and H1 pool drain on custom responses so integration gates pass again.
SyphonOutBodyAsync must still drain pooled H1 connections after Respond().
