telescope fix and nvim-tree updated

Fixed telescope issue where

`smart_open_with_trouble()` is deprecated
```lua
-- Use this:
require("trouble.sources.telescope").open()

-- Instead of:
require("trouble.providers.telescope").smart_open_with_trouble()

And updated changes for #64

I have tested the simple telescope change with my own configuration and can confirm it works as expected. This PR should be merged. 👍
