Summary

  • The listen parser required the state field to be exactly 0A, so a wildcard bind recorded as 0a was ignored.
  • The check then warned that Ollama was down. The state compare is now case-insensitive, and that row fails because it is not loopback.

Test plan

  • A 00000000:2CAA row with state 0a fails (it warned before this change)
  • Existing loopback, wildcard, and missing-listener tests still pass
  • CI unit and mutation checks green

Made with Cursor

State 0a is the same LISTEN flag as 0A, and the check was dropping that row.
