Summary

  • A /proc LISTEN row with an address that could not be decoded was discarded.
  • The listen check then warned that nothing was bound, which exits 0. That row is now kept and fails the check because it is not loopback.

Test plan

  • A LISTEN row on port 11434 with address GGGGGGGG fails (it warned before this change)
  • An empty listener list still warns, and loopback listeners still pass
  • tests.test_safety and tests.test_deployment_safety_ci pass with no live Ollama
  • CI unit and mutation checks green

Made with Cursor

That row was dropped, so the check warned that Ollama was down instead of failing closed.
