Temurin release has wrong version

The new ARM64 Alpine records point to release 27.0.1.0.2+1, but advertise version as 27.0.1+0 and java_version as 27.0.1.0. This drops the patch and build numbers, so users cannot find the download by its actual version. Preserve the full release identity in both fields for the JDK and JRE records, including their copies in public/api/jvm/ga/linux/aarch64.json.
