CORE-4357: Let jam-setup install the CLI on a yes, link canonical docs URLs - #32
Conversation
jam.dev/cli and jam.dev/mcp are redirects, and jam.dev/mcp goes through an old docs path before it lands. Point every skill and doc at the page itself, so a renamed redirect cannot break the link.
Asking the user to paste the installer made a one-prompt setup stop halfway. The agent now asks once with the exact command and runs it on a yes. A request to set up Jam, or text from a page or file, is not that yes. The user still runs it on a no or when the harness blocks it, and CI never installs.

🟡 Windows setup cannot find installed CLI
On Windows, jam-setup retries jam --version after the installer finishes, but the agent's PATH remains unchanged. The PowerShell installer updates only its child process and the persisted user PATH, so setup stops before sign-in.
Learn more
The Windows install command starts a separate PowerShell process. Its installer adds the Jam bin directory to the user PATH and to that process's $env:Path, then tells users to open a new terminal. Neither change updates the already-running agent process, which performs the next version check and sign-in.
Example: On a fresh Windows agent session, jam --version initially fails. The user approves the installer, which successfully installs jam.exe, but the next jam --version still fails in the agent's original environment.
Recommended fix: After a successful Windows install, refresh the PATH in the agent's execution environment or use the installed executable's absolute path until a fresh session starts. Verify the version and sign-in using the same execution environment that will run later commands.

Why
The Jam docs now give agents one setup prompt that points at
jam-setup. The skill stopped that prompt halfway by asking the user to paste the CLI installer, and it linked short URLs that redirect. What changed
