Heads-up for maintainers: this SDK artifact is now on the Graal 25.3 release train, while the svm artifact a couple of lines below is still on 25.0.4.1 (Central doesn't publish an org.graalvm.nativeimage:svm for 25.3 yet, so there's nothing to align to right now).
The plugin only touches stable APIs (Feature, ProcessProperties), so this should compile as-is — just worth keeping the skew in mind the next time svm is bumped.

Nice and clean bump — thanks! From what I can see:
- The plugin only relies on stable native-image APIs (
Feature,ProcessProperties), and neither changed shape in the 25.3 line, so no source updates are needed. - It's a single-line version change, so there's nothing else in the module that has to follow it.
- Not blocking, just FYI: this puts the SDK two Graal release trains ahead of the
svmartifact used by the example app. Since there's no matchingsvmrelease on Central yet, a compile/build of the plugin is the practical confirmation.
