Adding additional label 'kind/roadmap' for the CNTF org level purpose. Issues tagged with this label will show up on the CNTF roadmap and should cover activities in progress and planned for particular time period and key stakeholders. Signed-off-by: Matus Taraba <matus.taraba@sap.com>
