@MathewBiddle this PR removes 3 maps, both static and slippy ones that show the bounding box. Those are not really necessary for the notebook narrative and both are "broken" b/c of the datasets that cross the dateline now.
The last one is the geopandas slippy map b/c it shows a single HTML element for each dataset, making it a >50MB map and creating the issue reported in #351.
