Issue URL: relates to ionic-team/ionic-framework#30083 and ionic-team/ionic-framework#30830

What is the current behavior?

There are no parts to customize certain elements within the calendar header and datetime header.

What is the new behavior?

  • Updated the calendar header section to show how to use the new parts
  • Added a new section called datetime header

Does this introduce a breaking change?

  • Yes
  • No
