Documents the changes introduced in intelowlproject/GreedyBear#899.

Usage.md

• Clarified that txt and csv formats do not include tags
• Documented new tags field in JSON responses (list of {key, value, source} objects) — Available from version >= 3.3.0
• Added tag_key and tag_value query parameters for /api/feeds/advanced/ — Available from version >= 3.3.0
• Reorganized attacker_country field note with inline version annotation

Installation.md

• Added new Enrichment Configuration section documenting ABUSEIPDB_API_KEY and THREATFOX_API_KEY environment variables
