Same root cause as 5d51c13: intel/llvm's closure-prefix lambda mangling (478c205, cherry-pick of llvm/llvm-project#159115) inserts the enclosing namespace-scope variable name as a closure-prefix. Co-authored-by: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
