acpi: Add robinson bay directory and max96724_frame_sync - #44

Add Robinson Bay directory, with symlinks from ipu7. Add max96724_frame_sync with 3x d3 isx031 and 1x d457, with robinson bay I2C, Port and Internal PHY. Added comment block to show rotation to channel. Temporarily removed FRAME_SYNC, until validated. Signed-off-by: Khai Wen, Ng <khai.wen.ng@intel.com>
