This adds
patchwork-worker-provider, a provider which can be used to get a worker that runs using the patchwork worker library. The workers are provided by "kind", which is a string that matches a worker plugin registered in the plugin registry. For example, a "patchwork:worker" plugin of kind "llm", that has already been registered
