Lambda API Decorators examples

This repository contains small, independent examples for building AWS Lambda APIs with lambda-api-decorators and lambda-api-decorators-cdk. Each directory has its own dependencies and setup instructions.

Examples

• quickstart-rest — create a minimal REST API with one GET /hello route.
• http-api — create a minimal API Gateway HTTP API with one GET /hello route. It uses the HTTP API resource model, while quickstart-rest uses the REST API resource model.
• rest-api-dynamodb — deploy a real API Gateway REST CRUD API with five independent handlers backed by a real DynamoDB Orders table. The example includes tests, synthesis, deployment, and cleanup steps.
• rest-api-cognito-authorizer — deploy a REST API with a Cognito authorizer, a protected /me route, and a public /health route.

Each example is independent. Install its requirements from that example's directory; no local package paths or editable installs are required.
