Add /__pycache__ to .gitignore and remove tracked compiled Python bytecode files. This prevents .pyc artifacts from being committed; removed files: __pycache__/config.cpython-312.pyc, __pycache__/evaluate_all.cpython-312.pyc, and __pycache__/run_all.cpython-312.pyc.
