Picks up hyperpolymath/k9-validate-action#7. The old SHA had a brace-counting bug that hid pedigree.metadata.name from the validator. Closes every Dependabot PR blocked on 'Pedigree block missing name field'. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Picks up hyperpolymath/k9-validate-action#7 which fixes the pedigree brace-counting bug (continue was skipping the opening brace count, so any nested block's closing brace prematurely terminated the validator's view of the pedigree, hiding
pedigree.metadata.namefrom detection). Closes every Dependabot PR blocked onPedigree block missing 'name' field.
