Remove host function definition region #388
Description
HL-core removed host function definitions: hyperlight-dev/hyperlight#847
We need to remove our dependency on them here. Our options include:
- HF definition with a host fn call to obtain the list of HF
- maybe pass them as parameters to the guest functions InitWasm
One question that is open, is if this is used and needed with components or modules or both.

It was confirmed this is only used in modules

Preference to do at loading module time vs doing it at runtime, but will need to take a look at what the error messages look like
Could we do it at load module and the host pushes the change into guest so the guest can check. We don't want to add an additiona Hostfunction if not needed
