Adds the next agent-facing timeline workflows: stable ids, attribute updates, duplication, atomic edit plans, and journal-backed undo.
The command surface delegates to shared timeline mutation support, preserving the existing edit semantics and refusal guidance.
Validation: typechecks, formatting, lint, focused CLI timeline tests, and studio-server file mutation tests pass on devbox.
