docs(core): fix broken links in core.md - #3057

`packages/core/docs/core.md` linked to `../../FRAME.md` and `../adapters/README.md`, neither of which exists (confirmed back to the initial commit). Point to the real Frame Adapters documentation in CLAUDE.md and the actual adapters source directory instead.
