upgrade --project now rewrites strict hyperframes@semver pins in regular project-root .sh wrappers alongside package.json scripts. It does not recurse into dependencies or generated trees, excludes symlinks/non-files, preserves unrelated version text, and applies the same safe-version validation and --check behavior.
