Changes

• Add the Strava OAuth callback page and Android App Links asset association.
• Exclude the OAuth callback URL from Google Analytics so its temporary code and state are not collected as analytics page data.
• Update the Portuguese and English privacy policy for Google sign-in, Firebase preference sync, Strava uploads, and account/data deletion requests.

Validation

• make build (Next.js static export) passed.
• Confirmed the callback export contains no external Google Analytics script tag and .well-known/assetlinks.json exports with the Play signing fingerprint.
• git diff --check passed.
