Overview
v1.0.3 auto-sync from upstream OpenAPI/codegen: aligns the public SDK with the platform API after local-control fields were gated out of the public schema.

Browser environments gain a public headless flag on create, update, and patch (run without a visible window). patch_environment no longer exposes session_id, pip_packages, env, mcp_servers, servers, or namespace—those were removed from the public patch contract.

The MCPServer schema and SDK exports McpServer / McpServerTransport are deleted. Package and client headers move to 1.0.3.
