ignore error when puppetlabs repo already installed

when set -e defined, execution stopped when script found that puppetlabs repo already installed causing puppet package to be not installed.

Can't see the need for this, puppetlabs repo are installed to install puppet, so if you already got it you wouldn't be running this script in the first place.
