@glopesdev I left the exception type up to debate. I am not sure it really matters from the Bonsai point of view as support for exception handling doesn't really exist right now, but I am curious what we should go with in these operators. |

This PR adds an operator that creates two messages to set the olfactometer to a specific odor mixture.
It does this by taking a concentration for each channel, a target odor flow, and a target total flow to automatically calculate the odor mixture necessary to keep a constant flow at the output side.
