Add mcp to the generic AI contrib denylist so HARNESS_ENABLE_API cannot auto-instrument FastMCP/MCP via the OTel contrib fallback when HARNESS_ENABLE_AI_MCP is unset or false. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
