chore(release): prepare 0.3.4 beta candidate

Candidate

• pins dispatch-owned BETA fork release v1.18.29-amicode.24
• bumps the extension manifest to 0.3.4
• authenticates the boot probe required by the BETA server

Verification

• candidate workflow 34275265336 passed end to end
• pnpm --filter amicode run test:smoke
• pnpm --filter amicode exec vitest run test/release_workflow.test.ts test/fetch_opencode.test.ts test/opencode_dev.test.ts
• pnpm --filter amicode run typecheck

Next: merge this branch, cut and test v0.3.4-alpha.1, then promote it without rebuilding the fork.
