Syncs the overlay to
local/amicodeat8f0f5d9097(includes the merged Shiki highlighting PR #339). Generated byoverlay-promotion.mjs --apply, same as the bot would.12 files changed — the session-ui Shiki additions (plugin, decorations, theme state, editor-core integration).
