1. Total commented on 0 medias.

I only figured out check_media() is always returning False so I commented it out from bot_comment.py.

2. After Filtration 0 Media Left

couldn't fetch medias from feed,

added filtration=True option to make it false

3. UnicodeDecodeError: 'charmap' codec can't decode

added encoding="utf8" to File open functions..
