Modularize live adapter modules

Summary

• normalize the live adapter binary into a directory-style module tree
• split live consolidation, dreaming readback, materialization, runtime support, and capture logic into owned Rust submodules
• keep existing facade APIs and benchmark path checks aligned with the new module layout
