Retained native startup with a branch selector must keep the run's verified legacy namespace and adapted routes. Select the original identity before route rewriting, preserve the legacy labels, and repeat stopped or active native authority checks before admission/cleanup. Active review uses an authenticated enabled service selection without running it.
Restore of an unchanged original Compose declaration also reuses the authenticated stopped graph's image content IDs. A mutable tag changing upstream no longer changes compute around retained data. Changed original input keeps normal resolution and all native generation, source and resource checks remain required.
Validation: 99 focused review/start/restore/restart/image tests pass; fresh uncached root typecheck, CLI lint, changed-file lint, staged privacy and diff checks pass. The official Apple Silicon bundle was rebuilt and all six checksums and strict CLI/native signatures verified; native/guest binaries are unchanged. Required CI is running for the new head.
Live M3 evidence: refreshed SSO passes all three Pulumi SDK outputs. The image correction clears the previous retained review mismatch. Actual startup now reaches foreground admission and refuses dependency capacity because six unrecorded legacy socket paths remain. The saved stopped receipt and retained data remain unchanged, on the same VM boot. This PR stays draft until actual app startup, marker readback and browser/asset acceptance pass. No Event Agent source/config edits, merges or publication.
