feat: brand the tab list with logo, rank chips, and server footer

Description

Replace the plaintext tab-list header with the Grounds wordmark, draw language and rank as tinted 9-slice chips, and show a human backend label in the footer (Lobby s9fwt) instead of the Agones pod name. Adds ServerDisplayQuery so plugin-agones can supply that label.

Requires the grounds:tab font from resourcepacks #23; without it the header is tofu. Footer labels land once plugin-agones #77 is released into the Velocity image.
