Active maintenance now reports red Wartungsarbeiten in the server-list protocol/version field on every proxy. An empty maintenance MOTD preserves the normal description, and new drafts default to no override.
Validation: full Velocity tests and Spotless passed, including independent proxy engines, scheduled expiry and optional MOTD regressions. Deploy with the API and Portal optional-MOTD changes.
