docs(hermes-setup): post-setup restart line matches the user's surface - #706

The Post-setup block told every user to send /restart, so a Docker user with no chat app was given a command that can't bring the container back. The Post-setup block's last line said "restart Hermes once more, the same way as before (on Telegram or another chat app, send `/restart`)". In the 2.5.3rc6 auto-QA, an agent on the Docker surface (no chat app) relayed it word for word, so a Docker user was told to send `/restart`, which can't bring the container back.
The parenthetical is now a `` placeholder, filled from the same surface picked in Install step 4: chat app → `send /restart here`; Docker → `docker restart ` from the host; gateway service → `hermes gateway restart`; standalone `hermes chat` → exit and re-run. The "emit verbatim" rule now says to fill only the placeholders.
