Last release had a bug in the release automation that caused admin Version.java files to report 0.0.0-SNAPSHOT. This was fixed in the SNAPSHOT commit. This commit is only meant to trigger release-please. Change-Id: Ib1d9e4ac8409f9ea8132d4e9934a835984a64ead
