Code Review

This pull request appears to be an automated release generated by the Librarian CLI, updating versions and changelogs for several Google Cloud Python packages. The changes are largely consistent and correct. I have added a couple of minor suggestions to improve the ordering of items in the changelogs for better readability, which may be useful feedback for the generation tool.

For improved readability and consistency, it's better to group related changes. The bug fixes here are for two different messages (QueryResult and Agent) and could be grouped. I'd also suggest ordering the QueryResult changes alphabetically.

For better readability, consider ordering the list of documentation updates. Grouping changes by the message or enum they affect, and then ordering them alphabetically, would make the changelog easier to parse.
