  • Rotated and removed a demo audit-signing key that the rename committed by mistake (6e0ad21). The rename changed .gitignore from .familyops/ to .delegate/, so the old key directory stopped being ignored. The key only ever signed local demo checkpoints, and the published copy is now useless. History is not rewritten.
  • gitleaks runs over full history on every push. The rotated key is recorded in .gitleaksignore with its explanation.
  • @types/node majors are ignored by Dependabot. Types must match Node 22, the oldest supported runtime. This replaces Bump @types/node from 22.20.4 to 26.6.2 #2.

…crets in CI

The rename changed .gitignore from .familyops/ to .delegate/, so the old
local key directory stopped being ignored and was committed (6e0ad21). The
key signed only local demo audit checkpoints; it is deleted and replaced, so
the published copy has no use. History is not rewritten.

CI now runs gitleaks over full history on every push; the rotated key is
recorded in .gitleaksignore with this explanation.
