This reverts the workflow back to the working OIDC authentication configuration that successfully published v7.1.0.
The previous attempts to add
--provenanceflag and support for prerelease versions broke the OIDC authentication, causingENEEDAUTHerrors. This PR removes those changes and restores the simple, working configuration.This should allow v7.2.0 to be published successfully.
