This is a mechanical dependency-pinning update — a single-line bump of the redis ImageDigest constant that keeps the image pinned by sha256: digest, consistent with the existing installer pinning convention.

Documentation review ran in docs-drift mode and found no required doc updates (image digest pins are not referenced in any docs layer).
